I made a video a few weeks back with my buddy Leon Hendrix for his channel, and I took him around my house to share all the weird things I do.
Over the years I’ve accumulated some habits, practices, and technology that makes being healthy effortless.
Sometimes I forget how much of a bubble I’m in, and how many of the things I do and have set up are not normal!
