Here is another detailed video of my top tips for swimming breaststroke with fantastic technique and ease.
So many people find breaststroke awkward because they have the wrong timing between their arms and legs, therefore dont get any power and forward motion in their stroke.
So try out these tips and I'm sure it will make your breaststroke much more powerful!

Level 1 = 600m - 1.5km
Level 2 = 1.5km - 2.5km
Level 3 = 2.5km - 4km
