When disaster strikes, close coordination among humanitarian responders is crucial. For survivors, it can mean the difference between receiving the lifesaving supplies they need, and being burdened with unsolicited material donations they can't use.
Virtual and live action role playing to simulate post-disaster supply chains for key commodities. Participants had a chance to play the role of a business, government, or non-profit organizations working in a crisis scenario. Coordinate and collaborate with your sector, demographic, and geographic partners to fill gaps and reduce overlap to keep supply lines open.Visual performance metrics to allow players to review system-wide impacts of their actions

The AIDF Global Disaster Relief Summit gathered over 350 senior decision-makers from UN and government agencies, Red Cross, NGOs, military, donors, foundations, research institutes and the private sector actors with an aim to address challenges related to enabling quicker and better response during crisis and catastrophes.
