Canada Immigration Minister Sean Fraser, on Dec 2nd recently announced the new eligibility for open work permit for families of foreign workers in all skill levels. Workers can now bring their spouses and working age dependents to Canada. This is a temporary two year measure to address labour shortage in Canada.
