❉ Pizza Dough Recipe For Thin Crust (Super Crispy)
Wondering what's the secret for a thin and crispy homemade pizza? In this video from Food Talks, you will learn how to make the perfect pizza dough recipe for thin crust (that's super crispy). This homemade pizza dough is ideally cooked at 300C with a low flame to make sure that it becomes crispy. We added a secret ingredient to the recipe, semolina, because it gives the pizza dough that extra crispness.
In conventional oven, cook the thin pizza at maximum temperature. Make sure to preheat the oven and pizza stone for 1 hour before cooking the pizza dough to get that thin and crispy crust.

Ingredients:
215g water at room temperature
30g olive oil
10g honey
2g dry instant yeast
320g flour type 00
12g salt
90g semolina
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix water, olive oil, honey and yeast.
2. Incorporate salt, flour and semolina.
3. Knead pizza dough for 15 minutes.
4. Form a big ball by folding the pizza dough in half onto itself 2-3 times, and close the seam tightly.
5. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Cut the pizza dough in 3 equal parts, weighing around 220g each.
7. Ball the 3 pieces up with the same technique as in step 4.
8. Coat the dough balls with a thin layer of olive oil, and seal them in air tight containers. Let them rest at room temperature for 3-5 hours.
