If you don't like the default Windows 10 or Windows 11 colors for things such as program title bars, the Start menu or the taskbar, then it's easy to customize them as you see fit using accent colors. There are two sections in the Windows Personalization settings where you can do this. Unfortunately, if the setting for Show accent color on Start and taskbar is greyed out, you will need to enable Dark Mode in order to change these colors.
