Replicating Arabica’s Spanish Latte.
I took the cup home after buying their $9 (7.50+tax) matcha soft serve ice cream to try and make their best selling drinking, the Spanish Latte. I had plenty of time while waiting in line for 20 minutes to observe the employees meticulously weighing out the coffee and the condensed milk so I had a pretty good idea on how to make it. There’s only 3 ingredients so it’s pretty easy:

Espresso: 21g ground, around 40g out.
Sweetened condensed milk: 10g
Whole milk (3.25% fat): steamed to top up the 8oz cup.
Latte art: optional but it’s not Arabica without it!
