What does a Football Analyst actually do?! - (An Average Week) - Sports Analysis
In this video I talk about what an average week may look like for a busy football analyst. I have based the week on playing Saturday and Tuesday as many clubs will do in England outside of the Premier League.
Anyone that has worked in a role like this will know it is very busy with the season often feeling like a big blur as you quickly move from one game to the next.
Another thing to factor in is the amount of time you will spend travelling to away games and also doing one-off requests (often last minute) for the manager and coaches.
Being a successful analyst will require you to be organised, hard working, and also able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You cannot be late with a pre-match presentation as as soon as that game is done, it's pretty much worthless!
If theres any tasks I've missed out that you want to give a shoutout to, please leave a comment below!
