In this video you can see me with my friends: Simas and Pavel, attempting to PASS FBI Physical Fitness Test (PFT) without any preparation!
The Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
The PFT consists of four main events, with a fifth event for candidates in the Tactical Recruitment Program. There can be no more than five minutes of rest between events. A passing score requires a cumulative of 12 points
(you have to score at least one point from each of the four exercises) and 20 points for the Tactical Recruitment Program.
So here only Pavel would pass this test, since me & Simas failed SPRINTS, However if SPRINTS would be set for 300 metres on a track (without any sharp turns like here), I am confident that we would pass it, so with this assumption we all have passed.
1. SIT UPS - Maximum number of continuous sit ups in one minute
2. SPRINTS - Timed 300 meter sprint
3. PUSH UPS - Maximum number of continuous push ups (untimed)
4. RUN - Timed 1.5 Mile Run
*5. PULL UPS - Maximum number of continuous pull ups.
NOTE: Only candidates in the Tactical Recruitment Program (TRP) will complete this event.
