I tried this challenge to bring in some dynamism into my workout ...This Lockdown 2020 gave me An opportunity to try new workouts and keep myself motivated from my routine physical fitness routine..
The challenge includes bending backwards as in Yoga Asaan named chakrasana followed by slipping into lying position on your back and thereafter kicking up to stand up...
