Welcome to the Pier City Cycles Top Six Series. In these videos, we hope to be able to share our knowledge of having worked on the RnineT and R18 machines extensively over the past decade or so.

In this video Stu discusses our current top six favourite performance modifications to the R9T. These range from great, affordable quick wins to big ticket items which will help your bike handle like a dream. These are our opinions based on working on the R9T platform every day, but are by no means a be-all and end-all of parts that can improve your bike. This is by no means an exhaustive list, and new parts are available all the time, but it gives a great overview on how to get the most out of your Beemer. One obvious omission to this list is Tyres, we will be aiming to do a tyre talk in another video because there are so many considerations to make.
