Hey Guys and Gals, I am back with another muscle minute. Today it is on the dumbbell floor press. This exercise smokes the Pecs and trizzys (triceps in case you were confused at my lingo). I like doing these as a secondary or assistance movement. This puts less stress on the front delt and more on the chest and triceps. It is a great upper body builder for both strength and hypertrophy.
