So, here it is then. Yes, this is the same instrument which showed
in the "Coin 700" video.
The electricity meter is a Ferranti FPQ-102. It is set on Rate 'A'
and the coin mechanism is set for four units per coin.
This meter is set up to accept tokens which are near-on the
same size as the pre-2016 £1 coin.

Note that, as the last token is put into the meter, that the last
token does not drop into the coin box.
This is perfectly normal, as it is a 'safety' device which prevents
the meter from being over-wound and becoming damaged.
It would also result in loss of all pre-paid credit.
Part of this function, is to also 'jam' the coin mechanism so that
the insertion of futher coins is inhibited.
As the meter winds-down due to power being used, the safety
device will release the coin and drop it into the coin box. Upon
releasing the coin into the coin box, the coin mechanism will
un-jam and be released at which point, more coins can be
added.
