We made it easy for you to follow and make your own Puto Cheese.The process was shot with no cuts so that you may follow through the timings in mixing and stirring all the ingredients together.

This is best served as an afternoon snack, but Filipinos eat this anytime they want, especially if paired with "Dinuguan" or Pork Blood Stew.

Dry ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Wet ingredients:
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Pandan Water (drinking water with 1/2 tsp of Pandan flavoring)
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
