My very first LNN.
I remember being a regular lunatic 1cc player around 2 years ago and watching LNNs of other people and always being in awe by the level of their skill. I honestly didn't think I would ever reach that level of play, but here I am, kind of. It feels weird to be in the place I once thought was beyond me. A part of me is sad and nostalgic, because I reached one of my ultimate goals which I worked on for so long, but the other is happy that I finally did it. It's really confusing. Nonetheless this run will have a special place in my heart, together with my first IN 1cc and first PCB LNB.
Stage 1 - 0:00
Stage 2 - 2:31
Stage 3 - 5:11
Stage 4 - 8:14
Stage 5 - 12:27
Stage 6 - 18:05
The first three stages are pretty standard with nothing too crazy going on. The most notable part is me messing up the misdirect on Parsee's final and it turning into chaos but I got through that.
Stage 4 holds the first major LNN roadblock, which is DBDB. I didn't die much to it during my grind, I think I have around 60 - 70% cap rate on it. This DBDB in particular was rather nice, the FIN was a mess though. I should've died like three times there. But a cap is a cap.
Stage 5. This stage. This fucking stage. I have a pretty good cap rate on Cat Walk so I didn't die there much. The problem is past Cat Walk. The streaming section. I hate it. I died 4 times to the streaming section. In a row. After the 4th death I decided to go full gigabrain and started streaming from right to left, instead of left to right. And I got the LNN after that. Overall I had 5 deaths that got past Cat Walk on this stage.
This was my very first time that I got to stage 6 on LNN pace. The best I got before was a death to Orin's 3rd non. It also made it a shitton more stressful, obviously. UNR gave me one ugly wave at the beginning and Peta Flare was being rather nice, it just didn't want to die near the end. I almost ran into a red bullet during SubSucc. The majority of my hitbox was inside it. I had to change my pants after this.
