Apple pre announced iOS 11.3 Beta 1 today, by launching a
webpage detailing many of its new features, and also saying
that it would be available to developers later today (January 24th)
One thing that was promised in 11.3 is the battery throttle
switch, but that is not available yet. Also it seems like we
are in for a long row of Betas as Apple plans to release iOS 11.3
to the public in the spring.
