Today on the Whisky Wimps we'll be doing our monthly blind tasting. There was a thread going around on the Bourbon Junkies facebook page talking about how great it was to blend Old Forester 1920 and 1910. The resulting whiskey being Old Forester "1915". We decided we should blind taste it against the unblended versions. While we were at it we decided to throw in Woodford Reserve Masters Collection since they are all Brown Forman products. All these whiskies also have the exact same mash bill of 72% corn, 18%rye and 10% malted barley. For that reason I believe this should be a fairly challenging blind tasting. Enjoy!
