We're making smothered turkey legs today! This has become my favorite way to cook my turkey legs or wings over the years! Basically braising them in the homemade gravy, place them on some rice, and you've got the best addition to your Thanksgiving menu you ever want!

Ingredients:
-4 Turkey legs.
-4 cups chicken stock or broth.
-1 cup all-purpose flour.
-2 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning.
-1 medium white onion - sliced.
-1 tablespoon black pepper.
-1 tablespoon W-Sauce.
-Couple sprigs of rosemary, thyme and sage.
-1 tablespoon minced garlic.
-2 tablespoons olive oil.
-4 oz of butter.
Prep:
-Clean and dry turkey legs.
-Coat the legs in flour and seasoning.
-Melt butter and add oil to pan.
-Sear and brown off the legs. Remove from pan.
-Add the onions to the pan and saute for 5 minutes.
-Add the garlic to the onions, saute for another 2-3 minutes.
-Place the legs back with the onions and garlic.
-Cover with the chicken broth.
-Add Pepper, more seasoning and herbs.
-Cover and place in the oven at 350f for 1.5 hours.
-Remove lid and continue to cook for 30-45 minutes.
-Remove pan from oven and set aside to cool a bit.
-Place the legs on a bed of rice and cover with the braising gravy.
-Enjoy!
