In this video, you will see how I bake my sourdough using my Challenger bread pan.
I always preheat my oven and bread pan at the same time for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until my oven reach 250C.
Then I take my dough out of the fridge and my pan out of the oven. Then transfer the dough into the pan, score, add 2 ice cubes for extra steam, and immediately put back the lid back and bake. 👍🏼😊
