Women who have undergone Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) can face a lot of health problems, including while giving birth. Frédéric, youth activist in the town of Tenkodogo in Burkina Faso addresses the issue in this short clip.

FGM comprises all procedures that involve altering or injuring the female genitalia for non-medical reasons. It’s a harmful practice and a form of violence against women.
