The Amarula Don Pedro is a traditional, South African cocktail from which Amarula makes up the most important ingredient.
Recipe (Serves 4):
450g Vanilla Ice Cream
120ml Double Cream
175ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
Grated Chocolate Garnish/Chocolate Syrup
Method:
Add Amarula, ice cream and cream to blender. Blend until smooth and serve with a grated chocolate garnish!
