You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight - in fact! You can actually eat enough to feel fully satiated!
This strategy has worked for dozens of my clients who've lost between 20-40 pounds in less than 90 days.
The secret is to use these 3 tips - prioritize food that keeps you full, eliminate food that leads to cravings - both of those need to promote weight loss too (High nutrient density). And then you need to exercise in a way that doesn't make you hungry.
1st - you gotta get rid of sugar, alcohol, and refined carbs. These are useless, they increase cravings, they're devoid of nutrients, and destroy your energy. This plus eating refined oils will make you fat.
2nd - eat more protein. 30-40% of your nutrition should be coming from protein sources - you'll stay full, maintain muscle and eliminate cravings
3rd - no cardio. Just walking and lifting weights. Steady-state cardio can make you ravenous and increase cortisol. Lifting and walking won't.
Bonus - prioritize your sleep. Many people who have poor sleep, develop carb and sugar cravings, and insulin resistance.
