This refreshing and relaxing post cycling stretch is amazing to add on after your cycling class to help increase your flexibility, decrease muscle soreness, and reduce stress. This stretch is just under 15 minutes and it will target those cycling specific muscles, like your quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, and glutes as well as loosen a tight low back, upper body, and psoas muscles. If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.
