Pehli cheez jo aapko aani chahiye wo hai Boxing Stance, jo aapke main hand par nirbhar hai, left ya right. Aap apna dominant hand jald se bata sakte ho, kyuki aap usi hath se likhte ho.
Agar aap left-handed ho, aapko right foot aage rakhkar khada hona hoga, apna left foot peeche rakhkar. Ise SouthPaw stance kehte hai. Aise hi, agar aap right-handed ho, aapko apna left foot aage aur right foot peeche rakhkar khada hona hoga. Ise Orthodox Stance kehte hai.
