When I started experimenting running barefoot, I started with an easy pace and short run.
Slowly I started making longer runs and faster pace, I gave my body sometime to adapt to the fact that I m running barefoot.
Once the body adapts it created a thick skin under my feet that protects me from glass, germs or any sharp object that might hurt me.
I ve been running 2years barefoot now, 0 cuts the only challenge is I step on a small rock and it hurts that’s it.
I feel so Fuckin free running barefoot.
