Get your body moving with this full body kettlebell workout! #letsdothis
This workout targets all the major muscle groups and will strengthen your body.
For this workout I'm using a 6kg kettlebell. Choose what suits you best! In for a challenge? Grab a heavier weight.
If you don't have a kettlebell at home you can use anything that works as a weight as well; dumbbell, bottles of water, a bag filled with something heavy.. Be creative! Of course you can also do the workout without any weights.
