1 cup All-purpose Einkorn (اینکورن/گندم تک دانه) or
Wheat Flour (آرد گندم), ~120 g
3/4 tsp Salt (نمک)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda (جوش شیرین)
2 tbsp Butter (کره), ~28 g
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground (پودر دارچین)
1 tsp Cardamom, ground (پودر هل)
1/2 cup Olive Oil (روغن زیتون), or your preferred cooking oil
1/2 cup Honey (عسل)
1 Egg (تخم مرغ), large or extra large
1/2 cup Crushed Walnuts (گردوی خرد شده)
1 cup Raisins (کشمش)
3 cups Rolled Oats (جو دو سر پرک)
