This custom design Electromagnetic Bi-Directional Vibratory Tube Feeder is used to horizontally convey bulk material through its dust tight tubular enclosure. Unlike traditional vibratory tube feeders this bi-directional feeder is able to nearly instantaneously change conveying direction, allowing material to be discharged from one of two discharges located at opposite ends of the feeder. This control is achieved through its use of three electromagnetic drives and a special JVI control package. The electromagnetic drives also enable precise control over the flow of the bulk material out of the feeder including 0 to 100% feed rate adjustability and instant start stop operation.
