Clemson upset SMU 34-31 and shook up the College Football Playoff standings with a walk-off 56-yard field goal from freshman Nolan Hauser.
The Tigers were lead by quarterback Cade Klubnik’s 262 yards and four touchdowns, including two apiece to freshman Bryant Wesco Jr. and tight end Jake Briningstool, and the game-winner was set up by a 17-yard catch from Antonio Williams.

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney has repeatedly said he values the players who commit to Clemson and prefers to develop them.
The Tigers’ most recent graduation rate was 99 percent, the highest ever for a Power Five football program.
Austin Randall, whose 41-yard kick-off return with seconds on the clock, gave Clemson a chance, is a transfer from Coastal Carolina. However, he walked on.
