When I started lifting weights I weighted about 60 kilos (132lbs for those not in the know). If anyone is out there weighing about that much and feeling fat, chill out. I just threw you off the floor and over my head with one hand, and I'm not even that strong, so you can't be that fat.
While I've been pressing for a few years I've never done a Clean and Press. These where done after Clean and Jerks so I was pretty happy to find out that Jerks don't run my battery down too much and that I still have the strength to Clean and Press afterwords.
