In this video we have shown a unique yet simple way to prepare delicious restaurant style dal tadka
All ingredients you need to make Dal tadka:
1 1/2 cup Masoor Dal
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tomatoes
2 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp kasuri methi
salt
coriander powder 1 tsp
aamchoor powder 1 tsp
ghee 3tbsp total
for tempering
cumin seeds 1 tsp
2 green cardamoms
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon broken
2 cloves
1 red chilli broken
6 garlic pods
asafoetida powder 1/2 tsp
