In part 2 of this awesome arm training series starring the Raymond Brothers (Jose and Tito), we watch as the guys finish their epic workout. They start off training bis with spider curls using a barbell, moving on to hammer curls, then finish with machine curls on a flat surface (using both arms, then one arm at a time). After the workout, the boys go on an adventure outside the gym, and Jose gives us another excusive one-on-one interview!
