Running Workouts To Help Achieve A 10k PB - today I have gone through my upcoming training plan that coach Doug ([ Ссылка ]) has put together and I have picked out some of the workouts that we have scheduled in to discuss. These will hopefully get me in shape to smash my 10k PB and I wanted to share with you my thoughts on each of the workouts and why I do/do not like them! Of course, you've probably heard of most of them but I would love to know if you incorporate any of them into your 10k training?
