Welcome to the world of what I like to call "Cheater Fudge". This peanut butter fudge turns out perfect every time, and without having to actually "Cook" the sugars like a normal fudge, there's virtually no risk of burning it. Even though I still nearly did (Still getting used to my pots..)
Ingredients and Tools:
225g Butter
250g Peanut Butter (don't use natural peanut butter)
454g Icing Sugar
Optional: Vanilla
Salt if not using Salted Butter, or for sprinkling on top if you want to
Parchment Paper (probably optional)
8 Inch Square or Loaf Pan
Sturdy Mixing Spoon
Sieve / Sift / Whisk / something to break up big clumps in the icing sugar
Microwave safe Bowl OR Pot on the Stove
