In his first interaction with the media in Bangalore on Wednesday, Indian cricket team head coach Anil Kumble said the players were important and the support staff only a role to play in the background. Kumble, who pipped Ravi Shastri as BCCI's choice for head coach, said India will travel to the West Indies to win and that Test cricket remained a priority. India and West Indies will play a four-Test series in July-August.
