I wanted to try and take a person who doesn’t run at all to their very first 5K, in the form of a parkrun. To make this even more difficult, I would have just 4 weeks in which to achieve this.
The chosen participant, Ami, would be testing out an abbreviated version of the new JOG ON training plan.
