In this short video series, I'm going to share with you a step-by-step guide to doing Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). These exercises are a powerful way to engage your bodies natural tremor process which will likely reduce stress and tension, and can be used to help your body navigate the affects of traumas, both major or minor.
However, if you are doing this to help you body adapt from a trauma I recommend working with a practitioner to guide you through the process. That said, feel free to watch through these videos to give you a better glimpse of what to expect.
