Very interesting video of tazhib art with gold called "Halkari" is here. halkari is a kind of tazhib art (tezhip) or islamic illumination. in this tazhib art they use metalic colors made of gold to creat islamic geometries. In traditional version of halkari they use real gold but nowadays some artists use a metalic color the same as gold. gold painting needs a great percision due to lots of details and delicacy. they use very thin brushes to draw this designs. so watch the video to find how beautiful this art is.
