A very easy one-pot meal that hits all the notes. This Greek-style stewed lamb recipe uses a beautifully light tomato sauce as the braising liquid and baby okra as the main veggie. Preparation time is about 1-1/2 hours and is suitable for low carb diets and keto.

- 2 lbs. lamb
- 1 lb. okra
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 14oz crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. crushed cinnamon
- Salt & pepper to taste
