You may just be in the wrong place at the wrong time, as Myles Simmons finds out when the Sidecar in front of him suddenly breaks down. Or you could be showboating when you have the race won like John Hartley does, just make sure you know what you are doing first. You could just pick up too much drive exiting a corner like Paul Knott did at Abingdon. Or you may just bail when the throttle sticks open like Keith Strudwick decided to do.
