Read bow specs below - I have shot all of the new bows, Mathews, Hoyt, Bowtech, Bear, Etc. They are all very nice but I always come back to the Switchback XT. It is the smoothest drawing, most forgiving and very quiet. Sure, there are new bows that are faster than the XT but none match the performance. Recoil does not exist on the XT. Looks like Mathews got it perfect in 2006 with the Switchback XT..
