The contention of the CPM that Karat Faisal, the owner of the car in which Kodiyeri Balakrishnan travelled during the Kozhikode leg of Jana Jagratha yatra, was not accused any DRI case has fallen flat. In the chargesheet filed by the Revenue Intelligence, Faisal is the seventh accused in the case involving godl smuggling via Karippur airport. Shahabaz, the first accused in the case, said that Faisal had served time with him earlier. Super Prime Time discusses the issue with MT Ramesh, Najeeb Kanthapuram, KC Umesh Babu and Basurendra Babu.
