At the World Championship venue, the commentary, the activities related to the events were all happening on the ground floor of the South Hall of the Expo.
But on the first floor was the PlayMagnus lounge where the members of team Carlsen including father Henrik, manager Magnus Barstad and others would relax and watch the games.
