Philippine army says it's close to ending Marawi siege
The Philippine army says it's close to taking back control of one of its southern cities from a group that's sworn allegiance to ISIL.
The military says Maute fighters are now trying to escape Marawi City, along with several thousand residents still trapped by fighting.
