The Energy and Commerce Committee held a markup beginning on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. The Committee will consider the following:
• H.R. 2810, the "Medicare Patient Access and Quality Improvement Act of 2013"; and,
• H.R. 2844, the "Federal Communications Commission Consolidated Reporting Act of 2013."
On Tuesday, July 30, 2013, the Committee convened at 4:00 p.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building for opening statements only. It will reconvene on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.
