Increasing your body rotation can improve your arm recovery and pull, but too much rotation can be detrimental. Increasing rotation will not necessarily negatively affect your arm recovery, but it will negatively affect your ability to pull effectively. Rotation will cause your elbow to sink deeper into the water, making it nearly impossible to catch. It becomes extremely difficult to execute a great pull if you cannot get your catch. #swimming #freestyleswimming
