Literally squatting 100kg (220lbs) for two reps in squats. From the camera angle it’s hard to tell there is 2 plates on each side but you will just have to trust me that there is . I will post another video in a few weeks or months when I’ll try do 100kg for 5 reps and I’ll make sure to show the weight better.
