Ingredients:
Phulkopi / Cauliflower - 1 piece big size
Tok Doi / Plain Yogurt - 100 gm
Onion Paste - 1 Piece Big Size
Tomato Paste - 1 Piece Medium Size
Grated Ginger
Green Chilli - 5 Pieces
Kashmiri Red Chilli Mirch
Turmeric Powder
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Bay Leaves - 2 Pieces
Garam Masala
Salt
Sugar
Refined Oil

Methods of how to make Doi Fulkopi:
1. At first add Oil in a kadai and fry the Cauliflower.
2. You can directly fry them without boiling.
3. Add little bit Turmeric Powder while frying.
4. After frying put them in a bowl.
5. Then add 4 tbsp. Refined Oil in the kadai.
6. Add Bay Leaves, Whole Garam Masala and fry for 20 secs.
7. Then add 1 big size Onion Paste.
8. Fry the Onion well.
9. After frying add 1 tsp Grated Ginger and fry for 2 more mins.
10. Now add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Sugar.
11. Add little bit water and fry the masala.
12. Add 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and fry well. Fry the masala for about 1 minute on high flame.
13. Then add the Tomato Paste and cook for 1 more minute.
14. Add 100 gm Yogurt and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
15. When oil comes out of the masala add the Fried Cauliflower and sliced Green Chillies.
16. Mix and cook for another 1 minute on high flame.
17. After 1 minute add 1/2 cup Water.
18. When it starts boiling cover and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
19. After 5 mins turn the flame to high and cook for little longer.
20. Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Cook for 2-3 mins and our Doi Phulkopi will be ready.
21. Then turn off your oven and let it rest for 5 mins then serve.
22. Our today's recipe Doi Phulkopi is ready.
