In one of the few anti-government protests held outside the Albanian capital Tirana, scores of people gathered in Shkodra's central square on Tuesday (22/09). They were protesting against Prime Minister Fatos Nano's rule and to pay their respects in a memorial to slain politician Azem Hajdari, who was first elected to parliament by the people of Shkodra in 1991.
