This drill is meant to help beginner athletes strengthen their shoulders and core, allowing them to stand up from their front walk over on their own.
EQUIPMENT
1-2 Panel Mats
1 spotting block
STEPS
1. Kick up into a handstand facing the spotting block, with your feet on the spotting block in a 90-degree angle.
2. Switch kick legs one at a time, pointing towards the ceiling.
3. Kick your legs over, pushing your shoulders off the floor and by your ears to complete the front walkover.
